Elena Miller, formerly Yelena Borisovna Olshanskaya, is a former Russian spy sent to work in Canada. Together with her first husband, Dmitry Vladimirovich Olshansky, she is alleged to have begun spying in 1990. As cover, she and her husband assumed the identity of two people who had, in reality, died as children — Olshansky claimed to be Laurie Lambert, born Laurie Brodie. In 1996, the Canadian Security Intelligence Service told a court that they worked for Russia's SVR intelligence agency, and they were deported. Olshansky divorced her husband the same year, and soon afterwards married Peter Miller, a Canadian doctor. Claiming to have resigned as a spy, she applied to return to Canada, but this request was denied by Public Safety Minister Anne McLellan. An appeal was unsuccessful. ==External links== *(US Office of the National Counterintelligence Executive news archive ) (see "In the News" section) *(Moscow Times report on immigration request ) 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Elena Miller」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
